Terms of service

Gandi Method sessions are provided by Pietro Gandi, D.C. (“Pietro”), whose main place of business is in Florence. Full tax details are given at the bottom of this page.

The gandimethod.com website and the personal space are operated on Pietro's behalf.

The Gandi Method is a self-care and habit-change path. It combines body work, breathing, attention, visualisation and behavioural strategies.

It is not a healthcare service, does not provide diagnoses and does not replace your doctor's advice or the care you need. We do not guarantee results: every path depends on the individual. You remain free to choose any other support, including medical or pharmacological care, and we will never ask you to stop it.

Payments by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are collected by Aurio via Stripe. PayPal payments are collected by Dracula Studio via PayPal.

Aurio and Dracula Studio act solely as intermediaries in collecting payment on behalf of Pietro, who remains solely responsible for the sessions.

First video call: 15 minutes, online, €25. Studio session: 30 minutes, €75. Prices include any applicable taxes.

A booking is confirmed when payment is successful. During payment, the time slot is held for 30 minutes.

If you cancel, at any time, the payment is non-refundable: by paying, you purchase the right to that session reserved for you.

If you and Pietro agree on a new date, the booking is moved at no cost.

If Pietro cannot hold the session, he will offer you a new date within 7 days of the original date; if the new date does not suit you, or no new date can be found, you will receive a full refund to the same payment method.

If you do not attend at the booked time, the session is considered to have taken place.

As these are leisure and wellbeing services for a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 59, lett. n, Codice del consumo, the Italian Consumer Code). By booking, you confirm that you have been informed of this.

To use the personal space you need a verified email or Google sign-in. You may use a made-up name. You are responsible for keeping access to your email confidential.

The service is available only to adults (18 and over).

If you allow it, an AI model processes your profile, your journal and the team's notes to update the summary in your space. Summaries are general self-care suggestions, may contain inaccuracies and are not professional advice.

Pietro conducts the sessions with care and professionalism. Except where required by law, he is not liable for expected results that are not achieved or for decisions you make independently.

Italian law applies. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
